Our 18 week CSA season starts in mid-June and goes until early-October. Each box contains a variety of different vegetables washed, packed with care and ready for you to pick up in a convenient local location. We will also send out a weekly newsletter with recipes, and other updates. In addition to the weekly veggie pick-ups, we will host events at the farm throughout the summer.
WHAT’S IN A BOX
A typical early season box contains an assortment of cold season vegetables such as, lettuce and greens, radishes, sugar snap peas, turnips, green onions, and kohlrabi. As the summer takes off, a typical mid-season box contains tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage, broccoli, salad mix, green beans, carrots, lettuce, zuchinni, onions, summer squash and kale. A typical late-season box contains lettuce, salad mix, broccoli, an assortment of peppers, chard, kale, yellow onions, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, carrots, radishes, and spinach.
Whether you purchase a half share or a whole share, we deliver weekly. A full share is the most economical choice and contains enough vegetables to feed a family of four or a couple with a robust plant-based diet. Our full share is $550 for the whole 18 week season. A half share, contains approximately half the vegetables of the full, but is still delivered weekly. It contains enough vegetables for a one to two person house hold. Our half share is $330 for the 18 week season.
PICK-UP TIMES AND LOCATIONS
Minneapolis/St. Paul pick-up on Thursdays from 3-7pm. We will have pick-up sites in Edina (50th and France Ave), Uptown (Lake St. and Irving), South Minneapolis (Minnehaha Falls), NE Minneapolis at Tattersall Distillery, St. Paul (Merriam Park), St. Anthony Park, and Arden Hills/Shoreview. That being said, if you live in the Twin Cities, are willing to provide a pick-up site (a shaded porch/garage/side of house), and can gather at least 5 others to pick-up at that location, we would be happy to add another pick-up site. Just let us know!
St. Peter and Mankato pick-up on Tuesdays from 3-8pm. St. Peter pick-up site will be the St. Peter Food Coop in the produce section once again this year. Mankato pick-up site is TBA.
The best thing you can do, if possible, is to pay in full. This helps enable the important preparations and purchases to happen early in the year. If it is easier to pay in two lump sums, you can choose to pay half upfront and half in June. After filling out our online registration form, you can pay via check through the mail, or online via paypal. Visit our sign-up page to pay and reserve your spot!
